OGB Annual College Scholarship Fund

  • Each year VR Ministries will give a one-time donation of $1,000 up to $3,000 to one eligible college student by random selection. (The amount varies per year depending on the available funds and number of entries) 

​

  • Eligible student must be accepted and enrolled to attend college in the Fall Semester for the current selected year

​

  • Parent or eligible student must have donated a minimum of $250 to VR Ministries between Aug - June (equivalent to a standard school year period) in the year leading up to the scholarship payout

​

  • The program begins every August 1st and ends the following year on June 30th

​

  • Eligible Parent/Legal Guardian or eligible student must fill out entry form on VR Ministries website from July 1st through July 30th

​

  • Parent/Legal Guardian must receive the Official Entry Confirmation email after completing submission to ensure student is entered

​

  • VR Ministries may require a 1099 Form or other applicable tax forms to be completed by the parent/legal guardian for the student awarded the fund for the year

​

  • The awarded student may be selected by any of the following: random draw; by board review; essay contest; by region; demographics and/or at VR Ministries’ discretion. Selection will never be determined based on race, creed, or ethnicity

​

  • VR Ministries will share a picture (optional) and short story on its website of each student awarded the scholarship

​

  • Parents or students entering the program does hereby waive and hold harmless VR Ministries, Vikki Rochelle, and other affiliates from any claims concerning the scholarship submission process, or the selection process and/or any unforeseen circumstances that may occur within the program.
